It's tough to find something that we don't like-there are a few quirks that we had to get used to, such as event invitations (belt testings, tournaments, etc.) can only be sent to one email address and not multiples.  

We used to have multiple sources of information to manage student memberships, attendance and billing.

Compliance: Implementation of SMS 10DLC federal requirements was slow. When I raised the unlimited texting not working within the system—a problem that should have been addressed almost a year prior—they failed to inform me until the system failed entirely. While the platform promotes many features, the fundamentals needed to run my small Pilates studio were never reliably delivered. As I try to find a better solution, I have been GHOSTED by customer support.

In 8 months of using the platform,  I had over 10+ issuses from customers not being able to access their profiles.
