I would prefer it if there was a way to have clients booking for day passes in the gym or recovery room - without having to put it on my timetable (makes it look messy)

If I set payments up for the first of the month and a client does not pay on time then the payment is reduced the next time its taken as it thinks the client has only started.

I love that it manages all my payments in one app and the clients can send direct messages through legitfit so managing this is so much easier.

I found the legit fit programme very straightforward to use, i am a massive technophobe but the system works really well for what i need, which is running classes and a private client therapy clinic.

After my first introductory call, I decided to subscribe to the platform and start using the service — and I couldn’t be happier with that decision!

The only feature and I'm not sure if it can be avoided is the verification on sign up to the app.

Reporting feature could be better but they are always adding to it.

I find the system easy to use and I can make adjustments quickly from wherever I am.

Customer support is 10/10, which, for a product like this, is very important.

The onboarding process is very quick, and they guide you through the setup.

Maybe the communication with clients in terms of emailing and sms could be better but I know this is not the main feature of the software.

It saves me time and makes scheduling classes a lot smoother.

I love the new par q app also which integrates with AI also.
