Essential membership documents are not required to be signed right away and add an extra step for staff that can easily be missed when I feel the software should be able to automate this task.

It does not interact very well with websites and facebook and instagram interlinking.

I use the Convert Kit, Beaver Builder, and a couple other integrations and they work fine.

The course software really needs its own custom post type interface so the lessons are easier to access - especially for us old school developers who are not big fans of the Gutenberg interface.  

It is frustrating having to go in and out of single course pages and not be able to open multiple pages in multiple tabs when you have larger and more comprehensive courses.

The issue we also had was password restart as we wanted to add people to the platform and then send user details but we were unable to do it so we needed to ask them to restart the password.

At the beginning the initial setup looked a little bit difficult, but there is a lot of tutorials for your backup
