It’s refreshing to be able to log in and talk to a real person (not a chatbot) when we need to troubleshoot something. And if the issue is more involved, we can hop on a Zoom call.

Even our website is designed and maintained through Wodify, and the new member leads integration has been phenomenal.

Such as not being able to set up limited memberships for the same period as a the billing cycle - i.e. our 6 class plan, they get 3 classes which renew each week & can't be used as they please through the billing cycle.

The thing we love most is that Wodify consistently demonstrates that they truly care about our business. If we have questions, they’re answered immediately. If we need help with the software, they’ve got our back.

It's nice to see investment and organization. And they've still maintained base level function (member management, performance tracking, etc.).

The in an ability to edit/delete past components that are either irrelevant or duplicate.

The best feature is the integration of the perform side and the billing side.

Sometimes there are a lot of "bells and whistles" that aren't easy to understand on the fly being that most gym owners aren't at a desk and don't always have the time to investigate things as much.

The app is simple enough for brand-new athletes but powerful enough for our seasoned CrossFitters.

It seems to be the only occurrence where half the time we get confusion from the parents and miss information on how to use or manage the app for the dependent.  

As a business owner I don't always have time to research solutions on my own which is where having the ability to reach out to someone has come in very handy.

There is lots of customization available and tons of bells and whistles to help things automate

One example is not being able to click on a client's profile from the class schedule.

No pressure sales - pure value add from the start.

I had been using two different systems and implementing Wodify in our gym has made management much easier.

The platform is always advancing and adding awesome features to help busy business owner get everything done.

Every once in a while, a system upgrade temporarily slows or makes the system nonresponsive.

I've heard there is no way to remove the coaches checking in email notices I keep getting

Theres been times when system would lag for a couple days and i know it caused a lot of grief to other owners but those days are long gone.

I can never do as much on my phone as I can on the desktop it tends to just keep loading.

We´ve been using Wodify for years, it is a great solution for gyms that offer group classes.

sometimes when you need to contact someone at wodify for an urgent matter it can be hard to reach someone.
