The automated billing works reliably and takes a lot off our plate, and the addition of mobile app access and online signups has been a huge upgrade for both us and our members.

Right now, if you want to offer something like a Basic Single Membership with different payment terms (month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, annual), it will pop up as a different membership option in the same drop down menu.

It doesn’t allow you to add “due dates” to day pass membership options, allowing these members to have access to our facility after their membership has expired.

Lately we have been having trouble with the gym assistant and the gatekeeper not sycing. When that happens, any new members or renewals added- their swipe cards do not work.

It would be much cleaner to have those options built into a separate dropdown so the signup page doesn’t feel as crowded or repetitive.

The pay up front and get what you pay for, non subscription base is a great model in comparison to all the other products on the market.

so I didn’t have to teach em about my gym every time we chat to problem solve.

Once a member is deleted you can’t reuse that member number.
