Taking payment is a little clunky- in studio I use Paypal Zettle to accept credit cards but it isn't integrated so once the client pays for the pass, I have to go back in and mark it paid.

They really make a difference and practice yoga in their daily work.

The number one thing I love about momoyoga is their customer service team. If we ever have an issue, question, or recommendation it goes directly to a real person who responds quickly and honestly...the human interaction really goes a long way and the whole team truly cares about the work they do!

It could be helpful to have one lump sum deducted as the fee each week so that I can see what my actual income is.

Calculating my actual income is challenging because I have to look at multiple sources and factor in the fees.

I really miss an hands on customer support for paying users. When there is a bug, I can only sent an email and it takes at least one workday for them to answer.

I have nine different yoga teachers. And the pressure has taken off of me is immense.

Poor response time, they don’t listen/ actually respond to questions, waste a lot of time saying irrelevant things while ignoring the actual issue, and don’t take responsibility for their failures.  

Cancelled classes don’t automatically update class pass on their accounts.

Some of my clients found it difficult to book into classes but once I took them through on how to do it, they were able to do it.

Students can't buy products via the app, it's a source of frustration for them.

I teach courses that run over several weeks, sometimes on different days of the week.

In my country we are teaching outside due to corona, which is very weather dependent and with the system my students can easily find the latest on their class or newly scheduled classes.

System is running, bookings are working, customer are not complaining and I can work with it.
