I like that the app covers everything when you have online clients, you can provide them with workouts , nutrition, habit tracking , check in forms.

What should ideally happen is you assign a workout (Push Wk1), make changes if needed when you do it, save that workout, then it automatically carries that changed session onto the next time you do that session (Push Wk2), with all the changes you made during Push Wk1 already there.

The nutrition side I think could do with a little work as lots of foods aren’t recognised when scanning and also the fact that nutrition logged by clients in MyFitnessPal does then not report back to me, so I can’t see their day to day nutrition.

For example, if I make changes to Push Week 1, when I come to doing Push on Week 2, it gives me the old pre changes version of Push Week 1, so there's no genuine way of tracking each workout onto the next.

My clients cannot seem to figure ut how to save a session mid workout and continue at another time, and they have wish the progress/tracking for exercises came with more detail, for example "you increased your lat pulldown by 27%!"

There is nothing I can think of that I don’t like about using my Pt Hub , possibly the cost of only having 3 clients for a certain amount or needing to get premium. And not having the option to do a month to month membership only 12 month.

The only thing I would add is, It would actually be amazing if you could implement a survey prompt where we can get clients to fill out a review in exchange for an incentive that we can create (such as 10% off, or a pt session). If this is not an option yet, Sorry I haven't checked.

I've tried a Few other Apps it was between My PT Hub and Kahunas MyPTHUB won based on speed of customer service, there's a few bugs that need fixing but nothing that is a deal breaker and hopefully they will be fixed in future updates

Navigating the app is easy but at the same time you have so much available content to really tailor the workouts to each individual client.

I also have found there to be a few exercises that are not on the app, like the hip abduction machine, a normal inverted body row, deadhang, negative pull ups/chin ups with a band, negative pull ups/chin ups on assisted pull up machine, single leg wall deadlift and a normal plank with hands on floor.

The app is quite user-friendly for both coaches and clients, and the ability to schedule, upload resources, and integrate workouts into one place was very convenient.
