Brilliant experience, customer support is second to none.
Very smart and slick interface with brilliant intergrations. The charts etc make it easy to track clients nutrition. The programming is easy to use and is far less clunky than softwares like my PT hub.
The single use of american metrics, sometimes with clients logging weights its confusing to see how much they are lifting at times.

It’s been really easy to use. The hardest part was add my own video content and creating custom workouts, but that’s my role as a professional trainer.
Everfit has been a game changer for my pt business. My clients can now complete weekly exercise programs with the knowledge and reassurance that I can keep and eye on their progress.
Learning how to create resources was hard at first, however there is a lot of material available to help you create the content you want.

I have used Everfit since opening my business in March 2023. Each month, my choice is validated with consistent service upgrades which elevate the system more and more. I’d be absolutely LOST without Everfit and I’m so pleased with my choice. To make it even better, my clients consistently compliment me on the ease of use and how attractive the platform is. This truly makes all of the difference.
Everfit has made it so easy to operate my business as a PT operating in a solely virtual business. The modes of interaction are plentiful and it’s so easy to remain organized with this platform.
My only hang ups: 1- The lack of integration with more payment platforms. I have a preference for Square and for this reason have to run an entire site outside of Everfit and from there, have to manually input clients for services & manage subscriptions elsewhere. 2 - I wish that there could be an Apple Style badge notification for forms and forum posts. The notification feature can be a bit overwhelming if you have a large client base. 3- no Apple Watch support. I think this is self explanatory.

An amazing experience from the start. Everfit has one of the best support teams I've ever seen across any software. It's easy enough to get everything up and running on your own but it's nice to know there is someone there who can offer support at any time. The team is also very open to making improvements and welcome suggestions
The platform is very user-friendly with a clean design. It's rare to find a PT software that is user-friendly on both the front end and the back end.
I wouldn't really say this is a con but because the software is newer to the market the Everfit team is constantly adding in new features. I feel at this point I haven't experienced the platform at its true potential. It's great right now but I expect it to be even better in the future!

Everfit is very well balanced between simplicity and a solid range of features, and the pricing options are quite interesting also.
I've been testing various PT apps, and so far, Everfit is one of the most interesting. Everfit combines simplicity with a good selection of features like some very interesting automation possibilities and habit tracking. The pricing tiers are also very good
The customization options could be more extensive and it´s only available in English.

The [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] truly care about their clients. They are open to feedback about new features which is awesome!
I like that this software is easy to use, and also provides an awesome user experience for my clients! It look sleek and modern on the client-facing end, and is easy to navigate as a coach! So far I haven't experienced many glitches at all compared to other PT/Coaching softwares I use. I love that it syncs with My Fitness Pal, and the messenger allows you to send videos. I also LOVE that the development team is open to new ideas and features. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] take the time to email me back when I have suggestions and that is a huge draw to me. It's clear that the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] care about their clients, and that they truly want to make this software the best possible.
There are a few features I would love to see implemented, and I know EverFit has some of these in development already: - Habit Coaching - The ability to schedule messages ahead of time for each client (without needing autoflow) - The ability to store content like training videos, PDF worksheets, etc, with a place in the app for clients to reference all these tools in the future - The ability to send...

Everfit is a great tool for managing programs for my online clients.
I love that I can use my own videos and easily create my own exercises. Everfit makes it easy to build workout for my clients.

The team at Everfit is incredible! Each time I have a question, they answer it quickly and to their best to resolve any issues I may encounter. They also jumped on a zoom call with me when I first began to introduce themselves and answer all of my questions that I had a t he time.
Everfit has seamless integrated into my business, helping me to offer my clients and I a place where they can access the majority of my personal training services. It includes easy to use communication, scheduling, a programming support as I take my clients through the programs I design for them. The software is easy to use for the most part!
The software itself is terrific to use. The only con I see would be that I misunderstood and paid for a feature of the software that I don't need. They don't do refunds, so I received a credit instead. I think some more clarity on HOW customers can use their products would be helpful. So the onboarding process for me was a bit bumpy. I would have appreciated some case studies, etc. to understand how people can use specific features into their business (and what may not be useful). Also, giving me the tools to understand how to onboard my clients would be advantageous. Presently I'm having to do a lot of google searching to see how I can onboard well.

I am really enjoying using Everfit. I currently still use a couple of other software to help me in my coaching programs, but if Everfit was to implement the things listed above I'd move everything over to Everfit and cancel my other subscriptions to the other software.
I LOVE the calendar! Creating daily tasks, a workout prescription, and easy to read notes about my clients helps me stay on track and help me guide my clients in a more impactful way.
It would be helpful if this software was HIPPA compliant - would be nice! Also, integrating Fullscript/Emerson Ecologics for supplement recommendations. A way to create questionnaires that automatically tags medical diagnoses, client goals, allergies, etc.I'd love a food and mood journal blueprint questionnaire. I do a very in-depth journal for my clients. I've tried making my own from templates I've used from school and I still can't get it exactly how I want it. Would there be a way to create a calendar template for me to prompt my client to fill in certain information on certain days? Including menstrual cycle tracking?Is there a way to keep track of my clients private training sessions - each session where I can input my own private notes about their session? This would be helpful.

Wish it would connect directly with Strava/Garmin/Apple for my endurance athletes to track runs, swims, and bikes.

My overall experience with Everfit has been outstanding over these last 2-3 months. My business has become much more efficient and I am able to deliver more powerful results to my clients with the increased level of communication that the software provides. 10/10 recommend to any trainer looking to give their clients the best!
I love the fact that my clients can see how consistent they've been along their fitness journey in terms of both training and task completion. This has added a huge aspect to my business that keeps my clients accountable every step of the way.
I feel that the ability to have actual fitness assessments in the app that are movement based will be a game changer. It would also be good to have an option where you can select from assessment templates that can be printed out for clients to have physically if desired.

Amazing!
I love pretty much everything about Everfit! It is super easy to upload exercise videos, workout videos, make workouts in the app, etc. It is super easy to adjust workouts, and even if you don't assign a client a workout, if they do one, the app tells you! Clients can take notes and adjust their workouts on their own. Forums are great. Messaging is easy. Overall I LOVE Everfit!
The cost to switch from on demand workouts to ready to go programs is pretty steep. That's my one con

Very good. They just need to make it a bit more intuitive, for both client and coach
It was very important to me that I could find an app where I could decide if I wanted my clients to see BMI, weight, diet and so on. I have a lot of clients who's on the rebound of ED and training disorder so they don't need to be reminded of those things.
That I can't control if my clients can turn off "You missed 1 workout" it triggers them a lot. The app is not that intuitive and sometimes I use a lot of time figuring out where the stuff is. My clients also use a lot of time finding out where the different things are.

I would love to be able to do a LIVE in the forum. I use the forum a lot for community and using a zoom link or YouTube live is not the same as THE LIVE in one place would be ideal for clients to just go see

User-friendly, intuitive and loved by me an all my clients. I have tried and tested many of its competitiors but they lack the functionality and reliabilty of Everfit while others have a way to go before they can come close to competing on a functionality level.
Intuitive to use and even my clients (some of them ludites) instantly and instinctively just knew how to use their app and loved it. Everfit goes further than most of its competitors in its functionality with its ability to track 1RM per exercise per client, progress over time and has the ability to add and track as many metrics as you'll ever need. Integration with MyFitnessPal allows for simple input and tracking of nutrition and clients can even set up their own fields. It's a stable app across all platforms and at the back end the developers are always striving to improve, though it's hard to improve this further!
It's a bit pricier than I'd like. I use another software for my clients endurance/aerobic fitness training in the triathlon-specific field so having to use two systems for my holistic coaching approach is a bit of an inconvenience but not a showstopper. The quality of this app trumps its price tag 1000 times over.

I enjoy my experience with everfit and I’ve even got to use it for other businesses that I have. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere anytime soon.
I like the ease that I can send clients things and stay in constant contact.
All the features having to be added on and cost. But I guess it is customizable. I don’t like that is only able to link up to my fitness pal especially because for premium things you have to pay for it. I wouldn’t mind having more options of meal logging that my clients could connect to.
