I've loved working with the guys at LegitFit and the freedom their software gives me
Using Legitfit has made running my PT studio so much easier and more efficient and the support has been second to none

It was great during CoVid as it kept a record of my attendance, and also Zoom was integrated into legitFit Now it’s my admin, leaving me time to get on with teaching.
That I can manage it! I can change my timetable/ classes etc on my phone rather than waiting to go back to laptop or diary!
Some of my clients still dragging there heels! My price plan for memberships changed - but I couldn’t change existing clients onto the new tariff.

Top class product and service is excellent
It makes my life so much easier to run my business.
Sometimes students are able to book sessions when no membership has been paid.

Is has been very positive, a pleasure of an experience as a business owner. The support is quick and accurate. The App rarely has gremlins or goes down, if there is an issue it is resolved quicklyy. Personally we have gone from a busy large Studio before Covid of 8 trainers to now only using it lightly as I ramp down the business, unsure of next phase but I have sent many people Legitfits way and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent booking tool. It removes a large portion of stress.
A few things come to mind... Ease of use of Legitfit has been key, the App is clean and easy to use Support on any issues is fast - big plus clients are able to get support also, not just left to the business
My only con would be the rates Stripe charge are becoming ridiculous

Legitfit has saved me so much time not having to chase payments or book in clients.
This software runs so smoothly freeing up my time allowing me to spend more time with my clients.
If a payment is missed it takes a long time to collect payment again.

My overall experience with LegitFit has been phenomenal. From the easy to use software to their customer service. I love that I can change my timetable with ease and look at breakdown reports within a few clicks.
I love how easy LegitFit is to use, all of my clients love it as well. Everyone at LegitFit that I have spoken to have been so helpful and nice. I was with a competitor for a good couple of years prior to using LegitFit and they do not come close to LegitFits product or outstanding customer support. If I have any questions I only have to Whatsapp them which is amazing!
The only thing I can think of is the app. I know my ios clients are using the app which is great but my clients that use android are desperate for one. I know this is probably in the process.

This software shows the time, date and capacity of the exercise classes in my local gym. Using it means that I can quite easily secure my place, move between classes and keep track of my attendance and membership package.
The quality of the software experience is dependent on the data input by the gym. So if information on class times and types aren't kept up to date, then the user is disadvantaged.

Apart from fee- I think the app is fantastic - I know a lot of my problems are down to me - not spending time learning app properly - whoops I have referred other PTS on app as I do find it great
Customer service is exceptional - I have dealt with a number of people and they are brill!!! The app clearly shows times, classes etc
Fee taken per customer, using my mobile with app, not being able to remove clients unless contacting via email

The fees are set by Stripe and they have a lot of unseens themselves for recurring payments, payouts, etc. which is covered by the platform (sorry I can't be much help there!) customer service is brilliant straight from the very beginning. any payments/bookings I've taken through it has worked flawlessly
the main reason I wanted to use legit fit was to take recurring payments for people joining as members or buying package deals and its perfect for that
its more an issue with my pricing model as opposed to not liking something with legit fit. my price structure changes depending on the group size and people changing group sizes at last minute makes it difficult for me to use it for team bookings. Again not a fault of Legitfit at all

Direct and group email capabilities would be great, save me paying for additional services

Easy, preforms well, customers like it and use it.
I used to manage my whole business manually through books, texts, emails, self promotion. Took huge amount of time and business model suffered. Once I got talking to the boys at legitfit they took apart my business plan and transformed my whole business and now I'm busier than ever. Best decision ever.
Group message function for each booked member of each class if there is a change of detail.

The ease in which I could implement it into my existing business!
The fact that is not in an App Store, this can become a slight inconvenience for members as they don’t understand/know how to save the link from the web to their home screen

definitely has increased cashflow and i dont have to chase members for money mainly
Ease of use and customer support, it has also streamlined my payments
members whos membership declined can still book classes, also my staff need access without seeing the financial scale of the business, i would love to hear your input on this,

Overall it is easy to use and I have found it has taken pressure off me in regards to booking. However between stripe charges and legit payment it is expensive. I would love if I could send group messages too
It is very easy to use for me and for clients.
Everytime you make a change through you phone you have to close it down and tap into it again. Also my clients have been having payment issues.

LegitFit has been a game changer for my business. The session scheduling and management has been vital for the day to day running of my business. Along with the payment/membership system has really enhanced revenue. No more missed payments.

I couldn't recommend legit fit more. Unreal service
Their customer service is brilliant which makes a huge difference when your already busy running a business. Very good value for money. Always consistent, never any issues with it.
If I was to nit pick I would like to be able to move around the order of my memberships as they appear on the membership/packages page.
