I like the layout, ease of selecting programs and range of programs available. It has a nice aesthetic layout, and I like the customizability of it.

So far I have only used the free trial but the customer support I have received has been amazing - quick, friendly responses. Clear videos explaining how to use the tool.

The only problem is that the software is flawed & won't populate programs into existing groups. After discovering this  problem, I asked the company to refund my money & they refused.

I love how easy it is to use the mobile app interface. Clients love it and has also been very useful in managing the progress and accountability.

The customisability to branding is fantastic and the way you can edit and add your own instructional videos works great.

I like this software because its easy to use, feels good, looks good and my clients love it.

I love how easy it was to enter clients, how easy it was to keep track of them and how easy it was to enter their programs and even making a program that more then one person can join.

I love the ability to have a database of clients with customer notes. I love the ability to set macro targets for customers either by the gram or the percentage.

The product is quite easy to use, and I love how there are workout plans/meal plan ideas that you can refer to, just to make sure you're at the right track when trying to do the best for your clients.

I like that the My PT Hub software is easy to use and serves an amazing purpose for trainers. It is an easy way to train and charge my online clients.

Some features are a little confusing for clients. Inputting nutrition seems to confuse many as they don’t end up saving their inputs.

It has been very easy to use and the customer service is amazing.

I wrote customer service two times to cancel in two months. Ultimately they refused to refund, saying I couldn't cancel in writing, but somehow canceled my membership when I escalated my emails.
