Users can store student information including their names, attendance records, contact info, birthdays and age in a central location. The online payment portal allows students to make payments online, and schools can setup recurring billing. With Open Black Belt, users can quickly search and find members in the system database and make changes to their contact information, as well as track attendance through the student self-check-in tool. Each member gets a unique ID, and barcodes and swipe cards can also be setup.
Open Black Belt provides users with reports which include graphs and charts for insights into the performance of the business. Mass communication tools enable users to send email and SMS messages for notifications, campaigns, and more. The cloud-based solution is also available as on-premise deployment.
