Really good, they have listened to feedback and updates the android app, they are helpful and the pricing is on point for what it offers.

This is a fantastic option to take your personal training business online. There are loads of features and it is easy to integrate with your business branding.

The app freezes and clients lose their workout tracking when their phone locks - PTD blames user error but this never happened with trainerize.

The lack of responsibility that they seem to take in tackling this very clear BUG does not sit well with me. The search feature in the mobile app does not work period.

Sometimes the support is rather difficult to work with and takes days upon days to figure problems out.

FitSW is a great software for those who are just getting started in the fitness industry but also is built to meet the needs of an experienced fitness professional.

It's a pleasant surprise, the platform and app are regularly updated, the support team and founder are very hands on and helpful.

Only happens sometimes with some exercises. But it is annoying to have to go back and find a video and relink it.

Also sometimes when removing a superset it will keep one of the exercises existed as a superset which is then stuck there and cannot been removed causing me too having too make a whole new programme.

Price is also a good thing. In comparison to other apps this one has worked well for us.

We really need to insert client videos of our own to the library. And the names of the workouts are very hard to find/navigate.

Adding to the library is hard because you can't do a quick-add, and can only insert a photo which doesn't appear to the client half the time.

Workouts are easy to build and it allows you to look at past workouts. They even offer customization.
