There is no way to communicate directly from an individual, as all communication originates from the institution.

You will still need space management software and event software - both features of RecDesk are poor.

It is NOT a singular usage program for a community center, though.

Program registrations: example-family of 5 registers for event, have the entire number of people come off the max number allowed.

I like to use this after a program is posted or after sharing the registrations to see popular times people sign up and how many.

I have been using it for just over 6 months and I do struggle from time to time looking for what I need, and often times I need to tell the customer or member to be patient with me because at times I needed to go through several other steps to get to what I wanted.

My overall experience is it provides great quality of conduct with each person accounting for as well as detailed information about that person.

I make all of my schedules on a schedule maker and then have to hand-upload them all and it takes forever.

We have even been able to add an adult pickleball league because Rec Desk makes it so easy to register and communicate with participants and coaches!

We can also evaluate our programs based on profit and the number of users in each program.

Some community members find it to be a hassle, but it is easy to make an account.

The system is easy to learn, and we are given all the right resources to make the process happen.

It does not allow for us to check member in and out when using our facilities.

Sometimes the system and my email do not like to work together and can make for sending the emails complicated.

Only way to do this now is make a mandatory question, run a report, then adjust the max allowed.
