The interface is clean, the customer-facing pages look professional, and the automation options have real potential. When everything works, it can streamline a lot of operational tasks.

The biggest frustration, though, is the customer support; slow response times, inconsistent answers, and very little proactive help when something breaks.

We were we clubfit and we went to Momence with [sensitive content hidden] and the team, promising a seamless support, but the only seamless thing is the 2k a month they take out of our bank account.

The platform is very buggy, and features don’t always work the way they’re advertised.

I own a small personal training gym and we are constantly trying to figure out workaround’s as I think the software must be designed for completely different businesses than the one I run.

Momence has a lot of potential, but it feels like a platform that’s still in development.

They are not paying me my money which I have 5 months of proof of and suddenly nobody is available to speak with about this dispite

The reporting is terrible and for anyone running a business who needs to know their metrics this is not the software to buy.

This allows our team to streamline our efforts and the client feel well taken care of.

Billing issues, App issues, Software outages, Clients not being billed properly.

The reports are next to useless and there are so many metrics I am looking for that I cannot get access to.

clean interface is pretty much the only thing that's a pro, and the cons monumentally outweigh any pros. If you're considering momence, please for your time/sanity/wallets sake...

A non-technical friend resolved the issue in just 12 minutes – an easy fix that Momence’s technical team failed to identify after months of supposed investigation.

I have awhile left on my contract but will switch the MOMENT I finish demos and researching new options.

The review management funtion, leads integration, live chat support, marketing support and their mobile app.

The app is great but it's very expensive to use stripe for payments.

What they promised me a few months ago ended up being incorrect by the time of my downgrade to the basic plan

We had some issues with the transferring of data from our previous software and a couple bumps in the road on transition day.

There is a lack of support and customer service.

Dealing with Momence is a small business owner’s worst nightmare.

Need the ability to restrict classes by age as well as an overall calendar that shows all classes, appointments etc. for entire staff with the public view being able to add closing days.

So I am having to design my site around that.

I also love the ability to see all class in multiple layouts, the calendar layout is great for planning classes ahead of time and seeing where classes can be added as a whole.

Be very careful about the content you are uploading to Momence. When I signed up for their video on demand service, they never communicated to me that I could not redownload my content.

For two months, I was repeatedly assured that the support team was investigating a simple issue.

I love that they are actively developing it and constantly have new features available
