The format for what you can use this software for covers a wide range. Once you choose your format and set everything up, it can streamline your practice making your documentation process easier and faster.

I run a very busy clinic and getting the documentation done between clients quickly is essential for me, and this software allows me to do that.

I really appreciate the notifications feature too, which helps to keep me on top of things that would otherwise get overlooked, like client birthdays and etc.

Sending forms to new patients are often sent to spam as they are automated, so i would have to inform them to check the spam mail (which could be not a great first impression to new patients).

The only thing it doesn’t have is the ability to track my employees hours and do their payroll on it.

My biggest con is that I can’t use my own client forms. And don’t have the time to create ones in the template.
