I really like the ease and functionality of accepting online individual player registrations as well as special event registrations and payments.

No Chat Support with customer service so you have to rely on email responses that can eat up valuable time.

The videos make it easy to get the knowledge we need on our schedule, and in most cases, we just follow the steps outlined in the video and we can accomplish whatever task we need done.  

It has everything a league needs to operate built in.    

The training material they provide is concise and applicable.  

Someone is obviously watching the store at all times.   And their answers are always prompt, professional and friendly, and they've always got a link to the step-by-step answer, plus they'll spell out the steps to accomplish whatever task I've asked about.  

It's incredibly user-friendly, both for administrators and participants.

No matter when I submit a request for help (usually in the evenings or on weekends when I have time to work on league stuff)

I highly recommend TeamSideline to any sports organization looking to take their management to the next level.

Some of the functions aren’t seamless, trying to find out how to move one player or cancel a registration was difficult at first.

The chat is concise and personal and answers my question in detail, saving me a ton of time.
