Our commitment

Independent research methodology

Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

How GetApp ensures transparency

GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Pros

“I loved being able to upload custom workouts, videos, and progressions so clients could follow their plans clearly and confidently at home or in the gym.”

Kyle R.

Personal Trainer

“It would be nice to have MFP syncing issues resolved and the ability to delete automated messages without manually deleting one at a time.”

Maegan H.

Owner

“It tracks and monitor progress and habits, has communication tools and nutrition programs.”

Carlin T.

Teacher

Pros

“To register several children, parents have to make as many separate transactions, receive several separate invoices and have to use false e-mail addresses for each child, since the same address can only be used once in the system. And despite all this, Bsport imposes a 12-month contract with no possibility of termination, even in the event of a major service malfunction.”

Jessica C.

Owner

“I’m sharing this not out of frustration, but out of transparency — so other independent studio owners and wellness professionals can make informed decisions when choosing a booking platform.”

Barbara V.

Studio Owner

“The platform feels secure, user-friendly, and fairly priced, with great customer support to back it up. While there are a few areas for improvement—such as handling duplicate emails, enabling partial refunds, and archiving inactive memberships—the overall service is reliable and efficient.”

Wiola M.

Director

Cons

“I found some of the videos quite outdated for the exercise demos, I sometimes struggled to find a good form video and so uploaded a lot of my own instead.”

Amy M.

Owner

“The issues with MyFitnessPal syncing over is constantly a pain.”

Maegan H.

Owner

“I personally don’t like the UI, but that is personal and has nothing to do with its functionality.”

Theekapat C.

ICT Support and Project Coordinator

Cons

“Instead of saving time, the system created so much additional administration that we hired extra support.”

Sinead G.

Owner

“My experience reveals a business model built on trapping clients in contracts rather than providing a working product.”

Artem P.

Founder

“Still, as a paying customer, I have the right to receive support—but the customer service team has simply gone silent for over a week, ignoring all my emails. If you want to run your business smoothly, avoid this company at all costs.”

Francesca C.
