We can track and monitor almost everything required to see the progress.

Also, the instructions for the training week do not automatically come up when a client starts a session.

Direct communication with my trainer through the app has been a really valuable feature.

Being a user I must say that one of the aspects that I liked the least about this platform is that it is a bit complicated to navigate at first.

There's no ability to select only certain foods.  

It doesn't use averages in the progress tab for nutrition or bodyweight - I hope they add this as I have to use a google sheet to personally calculate this at present.

It's a fair app to use,I find it easy to use particularly for a newly certified coaches looking  can create a presence online and market their services
