Frustrating to use with my iPad when designing workouts or needing go change something on the fly. Lack of diversity in body sizes and races in videos.

One thing I find missing is the ability to do a one-time charge to a clients account. I also have found the process of cancelling and restarting a program to be a bit confusing at first.

For me the only downside is not being able to adjust/check programs on the mobile app (coach's app). The only way to make changes to a program is to be on a web browser.
