Adding photos to your store for products or services is awkward, different things require different dimensions, IDK why a haircut would have a different size for the image than a meditation session; both seem like services. but one is always cropped poorly and one is small, there is no rhyme or reason for how it is set up.

The customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive. The option for add-on services at the point of booking, Text confirmations (which is an add-on marketing feature that costs more than the software), User interface was attractive, and to be honest I liked all the "yes" answers I was getting from their client support SALES TEAM before the tech team set me straight that those things weren't possible.

This Canadian scheduling and accounting app is interactive, highly supportive, and expertly tailored to meet the unique needs of small fitness studios like mine.

When setting up our membership model, we had aimed to create membership options with a constant, repeating duration of exactly 30 days, but were unable to do, as "days" was not a unit of measurement that we could select for Membership Durations.

On top of that, consolidated billing was activated on my account as requested, which has simplified my monthly accounting significantly.

Then it asks if you want a human, you say yes, then it makes you continue to chat with the bot answering questions that were ALL answered in the chat they forced you to have with the chat bot initially.

It is convenient being able to make payments through the app as needed, users can be put on a wait list, and it is great for marketing.

Typically when you submit an issue ticket it goes nowhere, had to learn a loop hole and submit a ticket a different way for it to work but most times they don't have solutions.

Our clients find it easy to book classes, make payments, and manage their schedules, while on the owner side, the system provides robust tools for managing our studio operations efficiently.

I think the main complaint is that when our staff uses the elevate staff app sometimes changes are a little slow to show up on the schedule or the staff needs to refresh the app to get the change to show up.

What I like most about the WellnessLiving app is the simplicity, speed and convenience when booking fitness classes.

Wellness Living also does not have APIs that integrate with much of the popular software that allows you to market to clients (e.g. Class Pass) and it does not integrate with systems like Netgym which allow scheduling support. If money is an option, try them. But they are a short term solution.

We offer 1:1 appointments, small group classes, and workshops and this robust software meets all of these scheduling needs.

The calendar on the actual cloud software frequently does this as well. How can their main calendar be wrong all the time?

We have a large number of offerings from Yoga, Pilates & Fitness classes on weekly direct debit, to national and international retreats and Yoga & Pilates Teacher Trainings.

Seems like this is more a program for a place that only holds group classes- class booking may work okay, but not individual appointments.

Enabling 30-day membership durations would not have necessarily fixed this aspect, but it likely would've guaranteed the same amount of training opportunities (days) for every one of clients on a monthly basis
