Issues with pc use(I have not tried new windows app yet), printer problems, occasional bugs and syncing problems across devices.

It isn't hard to understand and if you need help someone is always ready to help you out with anything at all plus you get to find out just how easy it really is.

Not only did I get a response but got a solution with in a 24hr period. They were courteous and helped me to get back up & running.

The integration with OBDII scanners and Intuit are great. The software allows streamlining of many aspects from quotes and invoicing to inspection reports.

Frustrating the way I had to put in some info,  and couldn't go back and edit changes without starting over again.

They price is the biggest selling point. Good value for your money.

Easy to use, overall great software anyone can use.

There are several reports however there is no single report that will give you all of this at a glance.

Works on my mobile phone and computer with ease. Works with QuickBooks for accounting.

That it's very difficult to find an ODM2 adapter compatible with software.

This format is confusing and hard to read. The font for the final dollar amount is so small it seems slightly deceptive.

The database of vehicles and parts list from the dealers is comprehensive and my go to guide for parts pricing. I am able to customize my software to best fit my company's needs.

The folks in accounting at Mitchell1 can't even figure out how to run a credit card without calling our shop and being very rude and unprofessional.

Customer tracking was great, recommended work/revisions are easy to track.

Mitchell has been there for me every step of the way and I have been able to build and maintain a solid database of loyal customers.

User friendly, quality features, and friendly customer service when needed. We also use the bolt on package along with it.

Now they call me every few days from an attorneys office threatening to sue for the full 3 year contract. I never should have agreed to sign up with the salesmen but I did to give it a try.

Fairly easy to use and navigate, diagnostics is pretty good. Middle ground between alldata and identifix.

We went away from this product to a cloud based product so that we could be more mobile. That  was the missing element.

I love the integration with Snap On diagnostics software, color coded wiring diagrams and factory information.

Mitchelle manager the best choice for the middle ground.

The product over all was easy to use and met our needs. It was easy to train employees on it and it upgraded the way we worked on the computers.

Office manager 

It could be hard to navigate and stay organized, much harder to navigate. Even now we have access to the history, but you can't look up by customer name.

Nowhere to put photos, or hide labor/parts cost to show quotes.

The software platform is always evolving and updating with new features. Best feature of all: Integration with the digital inspection platform Bolt On Technology.
