What I like the most about ARI is the amount of features if offers for the price point, I like the integrations that ARI offers, it makes everything much easier and I don't have to navigate to multiple software which is a huge plus.

There is a a lot of features this program does for the value that you pay monthly compared to other programs out there for the auto industry.

Some things that I would like to note are the limited invoice template options (enabling qr code for custom invoices, editing certain fields, like moving phone number below email for the default template, etc.)

It’s an all in one app, I can have my inventory, invoices, reports, and the added labor guides is a huge bonus, and LOVE the live links for customers so I don’t have to send them multiple times if they want to change something, love have I can enter the vin and the vehicle information come up.  

We looked at the "big name" legacy systems that cost hundreds per month, but ARI provides 95% of the same functionality—including labor guides, parts tracking, and digital inspections—for a fraction of the price.

For example, on certain jobs you’ll see multiple options like “remove and replace engine assembly” and “remove and replace engine,” and depending on which one you click, the labor time (and price) can be completely different.

The AI tools especially help speed up writing estimates and repair descriptions which saves a surprising amount of time throughout the week.

Security: Cloud-based storage and secure multi-device syncing keep customer data and financial records safe and accessible from anywhere.

So if a part is ordered for an invoice and it has not been added to accounting or lost, the invoice can still be processed leaving a discrepancy.

It keeps my shop organized, helps me move through tickets quickly, and makes invoicing and payments simple.

My experiences with Ari have been very positive there’s a few kinks that would make my experience better but the application is constantly being updated and worked towards a better product and if you need assistance a real person comes in and helps you in the chat box, I’d recommend this application today tomarrow and I’m sure farther down the road to anyone starting or running a automotive business

I was offered a deal from all data to purchase their shop management software but the price was just not in my budget but ARI makes it possible to cover myself and the business.

My experience with Ari is that it is a complete and simple software that allows for a tight budget with top quality software!

The outside purchased parts added doesn’t have a feature that makes you receive the part before invoicing.

The ability to give my customers accurate quotes and turn the quote into the work order/invoice saved me so much time. And being able to put the VIN in fills in all the rest of the information on the car right then.

The number plate or vin decoding, sometime it’s not working and I have to go manual to add a vehicle.

I definitely like that everything is integrated including vehicle inspections and I can send this to my customers.

Slow opening the program, half the time kicks me out of setting up the vehicle account, does not save pictures sometimes.
