What is Back-Control?
Back-Control software enables bakeries and pastry shops to implement complete control via a single application. The program is suitable for both small and large companies and runs on Windows platform.
Small and large organizations can optimize their production planning operations using Back-Control. The software streamlines controlling and goods planning and guides users to manage entire inventory operations – from order entry to branch controlling. Back-Control integrates with various POS systems including Bizerba, AFS, piOS, Copago, CASIO, Vectron, and Kakom.
The program has a built-in terminal featuring a streamlined touchscreen operation. It enables production teams to access recipes and packing slips, while an onboard computer calculates the required volumes. The bakery terminal comes as an additional module. other modules include recipe management, inventory, statistics, branch control, calculation, nutritional value calculation, and a network module.
In addition, Back-Control streamlines external connectivity with direct links to software for price tags, packaging and article labels, and a DispoTool. Back-Control also supports SEPA direct debits and the creation of DTAUS files for bank transfers.
