From the restaurant management aspect cake meets every need we have, from credit card processing, davo for tax management, the cake pop hand held device is awesome!

What really stands out is how quickly she answers my calls—it's as if I have my very own personal assistant!

The inventory tracking was set up more for food industry, not for retail SKUs.  

I’ve been very satisfied with the ease of use for the employees.the availability to access from anywhere on any devices is amazing.

It did not have a scanner built in, items had to be searched for and clicked on.

Received a brand new system and it didnt even have the software installed that it needed to operate amd tech support could not log in remotely tonfix the issue because of the missing software.

So easy to use for table orders, payments, etc. to say I am very happy with the Cake team and the software would be an understatement!!

Her warm demeanor makes every interaction pleasant, and her expertise is evident as she addresses my concerns with ease.

Google doesn't allow me to setup my order link.

I'm 61 years old and was able to set up our store with little instruction. When I did need help, the customer service was always outstanding.  

I can’t think of anything I do not like besides not having an app to view my analytics from my phone

Would like a "best sellers" screen as a home screen, would also like the extra fee features to be able to default to off and have employees use it as needed.

I have used some of the other POS systems this is by far the easiest I have dealt with I did my own menu and installed everything myself.

I talked to rep ([sensitive content hidden]) the other day because we had a online ordering glitch that he needed to refer to the next level.  

We had tried other systems and Cake was just the easiest to use and train employees on.  

It kicks it out saying we're closed or unable to accept orders.

very cute name, other than that, if THEY can't make your install work, due to their own negligence, you walk still pay the monthly fee

Credit Card money is slow to go in, we have not tried paying the extra $25 to make it go in quicker
