One small area for improvement would be the pricing structure for marketing text messages.

they lock you out of you acct on the same day if the subscription was not paid - I was waiting on my new cc from bank due to a fraud immediately i was locked out.

Also, sometimes the messages take a long time to load or I don't see them sent.

We loved using daysmart until about a year ago, the software started glitching out on us and changing ticket prices and inventory quantities, so we decided to cancel.
