I spent weeks entering my recipes and items (fresh product and hard goods) in the software, getting everything customized, and setting up payments via the Stripe integration.

Beautiful proposals, allows you to store your recipes, inspo pics, and update pricing on items.

The item galleries aren’t particularly helpful because there are a ton of common flower types and greenery missing and it takes a lot of time to add them all in manually

Details is a very good program that all in one allows you to create stunning proposals, load up recipes and create back end schedules for delivery.

It delivers detailed event decor previews, including imagery and clear terms, in a professional layout that reflects our brand.

Admittedly it was my mistake in misunderstanding the pricing structure, but paying more than $50 a month for proposal software just doesn’t make sense for me.

Another limitation is in client communication; despite the ability to add multiple contacts, we can only send email notifications to the primary contact.

The calendar doesn't come up on the current year so you scroll down for a date if it's in the next year and setting times is a scroll down as well.  

It's a little tome consuming to get everything set-up the way you like, it but you just need to take the time.

I previously used Canva to create mood boards and I loved the flexibility it provided. With all of that being said, your customer service is absolutely amazing and I've never left a call feeling like my issues weren't resolved.

I like the organization on the events list, being able to manage financial on individual accounts, and the proposal set up.

It's just takes time to customize things the way YOU want them.

I would like to have an option where we can view other florist recipes and be able to save them to our worksheets.

It’s been okay, we are however, thinking about going back to HoneyBook to have finances and client proposals and information all in one place.

We also don't like the delivery document as it's hard to read and confirm.
