The QR Ordering system is the best on the market currently, especially for a 28,000sqft building like ours.

Their cash handling procedures can be cumbersome and confusing depending on what type of business you are running.

Naturally when installing a system for 631 seats you will have some bugs, but they killed them all and suddenly!

Other point of sale systems will allow for suppression of modifiers, but this one does not.

There’s a couple reporting things I would like some improvements on but that is more specific to our needs and revenue streams.

The platform integrates smoothly into existing operations without forcing operators to completely rethink their concept, which is a major win.

That is highly unusual in this POS market. And we love our handhelds that are about the size of an Iphone!

If I was to be picky, I would say the initial learning is tough because it is so in depth, but it doesn't take long to figure it out. Once you do the system allows you to do so many custom things.

The POS is easy to figure out when something new pops up and we can figure it out without calling support for help.

Ease of implementation is above industry standard, pricing is reasonable considering the flexibility operators have depending on their use case, and customer support is top notch.

One of the aspects that I like the most about GoTab POS is how easy it is to train staff members how to use it.

Excellent customer service and assistance getting the most out of the product.  

We use RFID wristbands and a credit/debit card to open a customer tab, at which point they use the wristbands to activate the draft system and pour their drinks.

Our account manager Owen is easy to reach and quick to respond; it feels like they are part of your team.

Their customer support team is also very helpful and insightful.

Recent updates that have addressed insufficient funds payments at the end of a visit have made an already amazing process that much more comfortable on from an owner’s perspective.

I've used 3 other POS systems and this is BY FAR the best customer service, implementation, cost, ease of use, etc. and I wouldn't change it for anything!

The customer service is top notch. If you do happen to have to get ahold of someone(though not very often)

Losing this ability significantly increased our PoS cost.  

Arryved is easy to deploy, requires a low upfront cost, is easily scalable, and far less cumbersome than most of its competitors.

However, the value derived from this additional cost makes up for most of this downside.

The system is user friendly, it's not a large lift for training and understanding.
