Pros

SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team were fair and responsive to our requests for help and continue to be.
Very helpful by having all the information at your fingertips. As office manger, the Financial section is very user friendly as well as the software is also very helpful with gathering report figures.
I am happy to say that we are completely satisfied with the transition and support that we require.

Pros

The ease of use is my favorite thing about the software. Being able to help a family along as they complete paperwork if they do have questions is also very helpful.
The customer service is the absolute best they respond within seconds and always eager to help us find solutions to any issues we have.
The clean and modern look. Very user friendly and there is always someone to help if I have any questions.

Cons

When leaving the computer to go to the selection room, upon returning, depending on the family and the time needed to select, updating will loose all the info already keyed from last update.
There is a problem with the program and the client numbering system. No matter which location you select the next contract number that appears is always based off of the last contract entered.
Death certificate total no longer exists when one key in a number selected. We want that feature back.

Cons

In the beginning there was some wording that was confusing to the families.
Then, I have two cases and end up having to delete one. The bad thing is it took me time to do all this.
As with any digital product, there will be end users that struggle no matter how simple the UI. For the end user, looking at long forms on a mobile screen can sometimes be difficult.

Simply Stated...I love it!

The staff replies VERY quickly! The software is user friendly, and easy to work with. I LOVE IT!

Pros

This software makes my job 10 times easier. Having the forms available at my fingertips and making it so much easier for our clients to e-sign. It plays a key role in my day to day, and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing.

Cons

As of right now, the contract isn't functional (because the number of death certificates ordered is never the same for each client), so I have to generate my contract on another antiquated software. It would be nice to have it all in one spot.

Pros

PartingPro streamlines our communication with the families we serve in a way we could not before using the software. The visual layout of PartingPro is fairly intuitive and allows the team to manage their work much more easily and obtain payments more quickly.

Cons

The invoicing functionality and reporting could be improved to provide easier use by our team and management. Features to help match the various payment scenarios each family requires such as splitting payments would be a value-add. Also, more robust, detailed automatic financial reporting would help management more easily perform general admin functions.

The customer service is the absolute best they respond within seconds and always eager to help us find solutions to any issues we have. they make changes for us regularly and there is almost no wait time!

Pros

I love that it is specific to our current needs and can be changed frequently! Makes payments easy and increases sales! Easy to use and learn!

Cons

A couple issues with specific forms and in the e-sign platform it only allows for one signer not multi pal. Also in this review it asked for me to select a category and funeral home is not an option so i had to choose a random category.
