Auctria was recommended to us by another small non-profit organization and we are thrilled with it. There are many features that work beautifully but the novice user can also stick with the basics.

Using Auctria was super user-friendly and had consistently good customer service. Our auction was successful despite the pandemic and we would gladly use this auction platform again in the future.

I was very frustrated with the whole set up process, because of the lack of written instructions available. The sign up process for the bidders was difficult for my customers to navagate.

My only true concern was the "system too busy", the person was very frustrated by it. Only one person complained about the issue so I am not sure if it was a user or software problem.
