When toggling between windows, I get kicked off Meevo fast, and some of the help tips are a bit confusing.

Also, in security settings (which is a great feature), it is difficult to navigate, and sometimes doesn't work properly (ie, I hide a feature, but employees in that group do not have it hidden, as in hiding actual punch in / punch outs).

The reports that you can run to keep track of what is going on in your business are wonderful and the experience on the client side is easy to use.

Just had one with Meevo pay deposits getting mixed up but it was fixed promptly.

Doing payroll with Quickbooks has been a breeze with the reports from Meevo.

Its working for us, we are still trying to implement all of the functions of the software, I do feel like more 1 on 1 training could be done with a live person after the training modules.

Meevo does not allow me to run payroll numbers for dates that are not exactly the same as the pay period.  

We also find the double opt-in requirement for clients to receive transactional text messages to be far more strict than any other similar software we've seen.

It is easy to log in , cancel an appointment and some of the reports are good.

It truly allows you to do so many different things, and is pretty user friendly.

There are similar programs at a much lower cost.

The reports are not as detailed as the software and we have a hard time pulling specific numbers.

The collaboration with Meevo’s client services team as a whole has been nothing short of exceptional.

Customer support can be hard to get ahold of.

Also, limiting reports to a one year period of time, is a hinderance when trying to gather some valuable information.  

Their customer support is out of this world helpful and friendly.

It’s impossible to speak to someone in higher management, they literally gatekeep you from speaking to anyone.

Lastly, Meevo makes it easy to multi-task with tabs for multiple parts of the system open at the same time and easy to move between.

I wish some of the reports were customizable to get specific data we need.

It was complicated to get set up and used to using it.  

My overall experience has been amazing, so much in fact that I still use it today to keep my business flowing smooth and efficiently.

Meevo really listens to their customers and rolls out updates on a very regular basis. While the software is already great, it gets  even more powerful every couple of months.  

There are a few areas with-in Meevo that need improvement, but the list is relatively small compared to what the over-all POS can do.

How the add on services show on the books, especially if an add on is to be done in a different room than the original service, it doesn't physically show on the books that the second room is busy.
