What is Pacemo?
Pacemo is a web-based undertaker software designed to help organizations manage industry-relevant tasks. A digital counseling folder, a memorial card editor, and a death management system are available for this purpose. The application also helps with billing. New funeral orders can usually be entered quickly, as important data, such as contact information is listed and can be used to automatically fill out the forms required in the event of a death. Furthermore, individual to-do lists can be created, allowing employees to receive reminders for upcoming tasks.
Presentations for consultations with potential customers can be created and managed using a digital consultation folder. Pacemo offers a funeral print editor to design advertisements, thank you notes, and cards. This includes more than 200 templates, allowing individual mourning prints to be designed that are suitable for the deceased and meet the wishes of relatives. All uploaded files, including death documents are automatically encrypted when they are uploaded to Pacemo.
Pacemo offers text templates for creating invoices in order to save time with recurring items. All outstanding invoices are listed in an overview.
