What I like the most is the ability to look up one part and see prices from all of my top vendors. I also love that the part numbers and prices transfer to the invoice seamlessly.

It's part of our POS Tekmetric and overall we really like the product. It makes estimating a job so easy.

Sometimes it lags and doesn’t not always show vendors.

Easy to use and alot is very smooth transitioning from step to step. A few bugs but still good.

The only thing i do not like, is the way the descriptions of the parts i add to my work order change. Sometimes the description is completely wrong.

We use the legacy- which has sharp colors and is easy to see & read. Customer support is super fast.

The integration was simple. Love that it works so well with quick books.

Which makes it difficult also. The same with the parts and items you put in they can be altered but never removed.

I really like the system but will unfortunately have to change i feel that if i had a stationary shop location and wasnt on the road contantly that it would be a great system.

Making of rules is a little more difficult to understand.

I love napa Tracs but as a mobile automotive repair business I have found certain limitations it has to be hooked to a laptop for invoicing estimates.

Tracs needs to have a direct link in Tracs for VIN Decoding instead of in ProLink. I have stopped using the NAPA Mobile App Vin Decoder due to its inaccuracy.
