We often find ourselves frustrated at some of the poor design choices and bugs that make daily operations (such as purchasing, changes to inventory, and pulling analytical reports) either useless or hour long ordeals.

VERY EASY TO RUN AND VERY EASY TO TRAIN NEW EMPLOYEES.

Checking customers out is easy, credit card processing is seamless, and the features, like the hot keys, discounts, and ability to examine the data and make decisions based on real time information is key to my profitability.

The only thing that I would alter is the search feature when looking up an item - the “search” button is above the entry field - when intuitively - most people go to their right where the return button normally is - it’s a small thing - but annoying when you’re in a hurry. When programming the hot  “add” button - which intuitively you’d think would add a hot key - adds a “set” - you have to use the “change” button to add a hot key to a “set” - that is also a bit weird and not as easy to grasp when you’re starting out.

The lack of focus on quality of life features and efficiency of use was apparent within just a few hours of installation and use.

Place is all about communication to sell you on a system that they have no interest in gollowing up on when there is issues.

Easy for putting inventory in and generating barcodes for products.

The clock in/clock out feature is very easy for my employees to forget, so we do not use this feature.

The card processing is reliable and the fees for cards are favorable.

They have a great system for liquor stores - BottlePOS.

They tried blaming the initial issues on the credit processing company but later learned that their software was not compatible when accepting EBT cash.

The features are really good for liquor stores.

Also, my own personal, custom gift cards cannot be processed through the system nor can I scan and process Major gift cards through this program.

The technical support is friendly, although not always fast.

Divy helped me in the onboarding process.

That I was not communicated the correct information.

Instead of resolving the issue brought on by their upgrade, they asked me sign up for monthly service or pay $239 dollars.

I can't find much of what I like least about this software but I do hope the wait time for tech support is shorter, retail business POS can't be down for too long customers have least patient when system have a glitch and tech support can't be reach right away.

I like that it is very organized, and easy to make reports, if no one else is logging in from another location .

Very poor softwear We have to restart computer every 20 min as connection to the scanner scale , touchpad and printer lost one after another

The software helps us track inventory and issue purchase orders to our vendors.

We just needed to update our system so we liked it enough to stay with the same one.

The support failed to highlight some options like multiple versions on 1 product. If they focused on some basics like sorting fields, better reports you can print it would be a really good replacement for the Intuit Quickbooks POS..

They charged a ton of money to do no website design and then presented a trashy website builder that does not let you edit the style/design of your site.

You don’t really need to call support in the beginning because you are new and learning the system but once you get setup and start noticing glitches you cannot get a hold of anyone.  

Their program to enter work orders and remove product from inventory was amazing!  

I ran this system in my shop for a year, it was expensive ($100 more than the system I went back to).

The beginning experience was great, but now we are running into problems and there is really minimal help.  

at first, they are great but once they figure u are too far to turn back they seem to vanish trying to get answers call one day it might be two days later you get a call back no one seems  to care how things are going i my self have a issue with my favorites list the acknowledge there is a problem yet to get it fixed  6 weeks latter

I also like the ease in which we can automate customer payments for services and rentals.

Was very UN user friendly, I had no control over any aspects of ringing up a sale.

It took longer to get set up than we had hoped, as the integration team was swamped.
