Pros

The ease of use is outstanding and the accuracy of the times is right on in most cases.
We have had it for years like it alot it helps us do invoices quickly and effectively very user friendly.
The program has been getting better and better over the years. The quotes are very nice and professional.

Pros

Amazing customer service, great features and constant improvements making the software better.
It just made everything so easy. Loved the ease of use and all of the nice features it has.
AutoRepair Cloud is n awesome application with lot of useful features. I'm a mobile auto mechanic and luckily I found this software to manage my repair orders.

Cons

I hate to cut you down because you probably are more knowledgeable than myself. I work alone and I can't really afford an exprnsive program.
Bit weak on larger vehicles such as medium duty trucks.
Now for the downsides...Im anxiously awaiting some upgrades- another tier for those of us wanting AR & Inventory, regardless of the info page here there is no inventory- nada.

Cons

Regarding wire diagrams - though they are more voluminous than other products, they lack interactive features for Honda vehicles.
For some vehicles there is no data about labor estimates and maintenances.
A bit of struggle and I got the thing I was looking for so long.

Great pic for small shops

Needs more features in an additional tier or al a cart add ons. I use this daily, incredibly easy to generate accurate quotes, but a POS system its not...yet.

Pros

Overall the product is very useful. The are very few products for small guys to get away from paper & get access to labor guides. Ive tried all of the $20-$50 monthly options as I wanted a cloud based system that I could work with from anywhere regardless of platform. I really think this has helped me attract more business & close more sales due to accurate quoting. Lets face it people want professional & accurate quotes up front...and when they come back to pickup they dont want surprises either- this gains trust. In this regard RT has actually made me more money & makes things more efficient. How can a small shop justify $100-250 per month for Shop Management? Well theres not much out there that will get you running for sub 100 much less the $25/month I promise ya!

Cons

Now for the downsides...Im anxiously awaiting some upgrades- another tier for those of us wanting AR & Inventory, regardless of the info page here there is no inventory- nada. This needs to be fixed. The Customer owed balance needs to me on the main page so you know what folk are due/overdue at a glance instead of drilling into each work order & clicking thru to the end- its ridiculous to have to do that. Multiple tech assignment would be super helpful as well- each labor line should have ability to assign more than one all of the techs- not just one. Adding part vendors on the fly would be nice too but thats nit pickin. We need inventory Customer AR (and report) as well as Quickbooks online integration. I should be able to use this software to see what oil & filters I have on hand at least! All that said, they promise more soon & are adding payment processing- I really hope its soon!

Pros

This software is just what I was looking for. I have had issues with QB on my previous software but not anymore. Great job guys!

Cons

I'm happy with what I've got so far. No complaints. Let's see how it goes over the time. New tech docs or more auto part suppliers would be useful.

Pros

User-friendly interface. It is possible to view the history of all auto repairs. It also provides payment/prepayment for auto repair from the customer.

Cons

For some vehicles there is no data about labor estimates and maintenances.

Pros

I like in this application the following things: Customers & Vehicles database, Repairs database (including CARFAX integration), Technical documentation for vehicles (Repair Manuals, TSB, Labor Estimates, Maintenances)

Cons

Impossible to use PayPal or Stripe by clients for payment after job is completed. Only pre-payment could be performed using PayPal/Stripe.

Pros

Labor estimates are accurate I could establish prepayment options for customers. I can send a link via email or text to the customer for them to review the invoice and provide approval.

Cons

Pros

Possible to switch on the data exchange about customers, vehicles and repairs between two shops in different locations. Financial reports and Statement, as for me, seem useful too.

Cons

VIN and L/Plate search sometimes returns not valid vehicle data. For some vehicles Labors time is not provided.

Quotes feature is essential as I often provide estimations to my clients; Apps for tablet and cellphone help to save a lot of time when working on a car; Option to add pictures to inspection allows not to miss anything.

Cons

Not working without the Internet/Wi-Fi Not connected to NAPA or any similar supplier thought has access to O'Reiley's and Amazon

Use it to track my work

I was doing everything on my own before and when the volumes increased I had to look for a software to keep the stuff in place and keep track of it. I had to play around with it to make it work for me and after a while it began to save me even more time than I have spent. Quotes and repair orders are so much faster now.
