REWE is an online platform that enables orders and deliveries of fresh food and other products from the retailer's range. Customers can see an overview of all the goods REWE offers on the portal. Customers not only buy groceries from the REWE online shop but also numerous other goods. For example, various non-food items, including cosmetics and household goods. Customers fill the shopping cart to the minimum order value or more and then complete their order by specifying a preferred delivery date.
While orders are accepted around the clock, deliveries occur within a defined time window. Changes or cancellations can be made if REWE has not yet processed the order. The delivery service delivers items to a user's home without interrupting the cold chain. Payment is due upon receipt of the goods.
