We are able to schedule, ring out clients, run reports, send out reminders, track inventory and product sales.
The super salon software is fast, easy, and personal. There are many options to successfully run a salon business.
The customer support is slow at time and hard to get a hold of during peak hours. When you do get them in the phone they are very helpful.

Overall experience has been great, team has been amazing, helpful, good at explaining if you are not sure they are very efficient in everything

Only thing you need to be prepare to invest lot of time at the beginning.

I had a conversation with Sergio and it was fantastic. He was very helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped me get set up and start using system basics. He explained the system with great clarity.
It has everything we need to help run our salon.
I wish we had access to online scheduling for our clients at a more reasonable cost

- Configuration - Help option - Diversity - Dynamic, Can suit each type of salon
- System works sometimes slows - Lags create double entry - Audit trail is missing a few places

SuperSalon is intuitive and is easy to master so that you can focus on your business and growing your business..
The iOffice compatibility program that goes with the in salon POS is very easy to manage and intuitive. This allows me to stay on top of business when I'm not actually in the salon.

My experience with SuperSalon has not been good. If I had another vender to use, I would.
4 or 5 reports are beneficial. (i.e.: daily sales; salon dashboard, ect)
9 out of 10 times support is terrible. Hold times are extremely long, even on the outage line. If you leave a message no return calls happen. Now and again I do deal with someone, tonight who is a ray of sunshine in the group.

Rep spent time helping me access a specific feature of Super Salon. I had some issues on my end with my internet company and he told me what to relay to them. This company actually did something that wasn't in my best interest and rep corrected that and I still have the access I wanted!!

day to day operational data
being able to access the iOffice anywhere 24/7, and monitor my stores, is a major function I need to lead my salons.
It can't administer compensation/bonus for the same stylist working out of different salon locations.

Rafael helped get our replacement POS up and running in short order. A very nice aspect was that the replacement system arrived with our database aready installed, which saved time getting it ready for use. Thanks for the quick turn around. Huge help keeping our business on track.
It's obviously tailored to our salon needs and has all the features we need.

easy to use stylist friendly easy to see performance quick check out for guests
refunds voids set up options can be alot in the start understanding the reporting until you read the kb knowledge

Works well for our Salon. For our POS business it gets the job done
I can't find any fault with the software. Customer service at times can be tricky especially if a guest is at the register and the computer freezes

As Zenoti took over the company that supplied our previous salon software, initially the feeling was that our hands were pretty much tied and we didn't have a lot of choice in the matter. After training, setting up and dealing with various departments in Zenoti our current feeling is that this was the best move we have ever made!
After having had four salon software systems this, is without a doubt, the most practical and straight forward. It appears that the person that wrote the system has actually been involved in running a salon! Equally impressive has been the training - not only Zenoti University which allows everyone in the salon to go at their own pace and level but the face to face follow up which has been outstanding!
American date layout can be frustrating and confusing

The benefits are the quick help from the technical support team. Most recently we set up our Digital Signs at all of our locations and the customer representative was extremely helpful!
It is a very easy POS system to use and to teach new team members. The technical support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. The salon and stylist data that is compiled along with all the reports that are offered. The i-Office feature of Super Salon allows you to gather salon data from anywhere. And the Digital Signs were so easy to set up and make changes.
I would like to be able to integrate the client information of the POS systems of all of our locations.

As stated reports are awesome. But in all fairness I have only had the software for less than one month.
The reports are awesome. One of the reason for purchasing this software was to be better able to run the salon. I am not at the salon full time so ioffice is an great pocket tool to help me manage my business on the run.
We were originally with Guest Vision and we were looking for a new software program that would help us run the salon more effectively. We choose to go with the recommendation of cooperate and decided to go with SuperSalon. However, the stylist are complain that there are too many steps to complete each action. Stylists get frustrated and enter the information incorrectly. Some of the features that we used to like are dearly missed as always having the daily sales at the click of a tab.

We got a tailored booking system for our salon
What I like most is all the possibilities it gives us in variations of how we like our clients to be able to book their appointment online. Since we share clients between employees, it is critical that clients cannot f.ex book a haircut before the color is finished. This was a big problem to sort out with other systems we have been dealing with! It feels like it’s tailored for our needs!
Compared to our old system, it takes mor time to actually book an appointment in the reception. To many features before the appointment is saved. Maby just something to get used to;)

Any issue we’ve ever experienced has quickly been resolved and all the tech’s are personable and patient.
Very easy to set up and use for hair salon-has useful reports that help with everything from inventory to scheduling.
My only issue is wanting the letters/font to be brighter as it’s difficult to see it bright salon.
