Pros
My experience has been very positive for the overall business and I pertain the salons growth and success largely to Zenoti tools, which are continuously being improved and upgraded.
I think the inventory section of the software will work very well for us, help us save time ordering and help records be more accurate. The booking is very good also.
M happy with the software features and so fair the support has been very helpful and quick.
Cons
Their inventory module is by far the worst in the industry. Multi store transactions of transfers still is not working.
We used this software for a handful of months when our previous software for scheduling clients was continually failing us. Zenoti did not fix this problem in the slightest.
The lack of flexibility on these ends make the work difficult and a lot of time wastage applies.

Wellness software that does really well!

Been using this software for over 4 years, it is consistent and supports most operations of the salon. Interacted with many members of the Zenoti and they are always forthcoming with solutions and ideas. We now use Zenoti as the core software and integrating with other software to compliment and support the day to day functions of different departments.

Pros

- Real Time - Easy access & navigation - Setup and implementation is quick - Support and troubleshooting is quick - Mailer on regular updates, testimonials and industry best practices

Cons

Chat support on complex scenarios/ requirements. Sometimes it takes the whole day. Its easier to discuss complex requirements over the phone.

Good experience with switch to Zenoti"

Booking rooms and technology so we can be the most efficient and constantly have availability for booking. The text message marketing has also increased our marketing efficacy.

Pros

It provided a great solution to our issue of a growing clinic. The features have made our payroll, reporting, booking of treatment rooms and equipment much easier. We also love their marketing platform!

Cons

It was a very tedious process to switch from our original system due to our large clientele, retail inventory, etc. We have learned a lot along the way to make the system work the best for us.

not a good time

It is July 7th I signed my contract the beginning of April with Zenoti. I researched and I did demos with alot of companies and this had the most features relevant to my salon for the best price. it has been a complete and total nightmare. like I am so frustrated and I have already made the decision that it is not fixable and I need to switch. they insist on using Microsoft meets and doing video calls....

Pros

The ceo of the company called me and he was really nice and I think he honestly did want to help me and give me a better experience.. I dont think his team was able to. for all the features it was definitely the best price.

Cons

onboarding takes months customer service is in India and scheduling is limited with them. I would tell them an issue I had multiple clients having and they'd say they tried it and its working.. well half my clients are having this issue so something is up.everything is very complicated. schedule would look different depending on computer/phone/iPad

We recently made the switch to Zenoti from our previous software, and we couldn't be more excited about the potential it offers for our medspa. The overall implementation process has been excellent, and we've had the pleasure of working with [sensitive content hidden]. He has been incredibly helpful and patient with us. While there has been a learning curve, I'm gradually becoming more comfortable with Zenoti and highly recommend it to others.

Pros

I love how Zenoti has a user-friendly interface and an array of features that make managing our medspa a breeze. From appointment scheduling to inventory management, everything is streamlined and efficient. Plus, the reporting tools have given us valuable insights into our business performance, which has helped us make informed decisions for growth.

Cons

Zenoti offers a vast array of features, which means there is a lot to learn. Initially, the first week may feel overwhelming, but as we become more familiar with the system, it becomes easier to navigate.

A very great upcoming Product!

We started with lots of downs as our setup process and some of our other system functionalities where not working. As more and more updates started to occur and we where given a rep for the product we where able to get all the assistance we needed to get rolling. I truly enjoy the experience and functionality now for this product and it has grown exponentially since we first started with it. I truly Believe it is the best product on the market right now!

The ability to consolidate multiple functioning systems into one.

Cons

There are so many features and access to fully customize that it can get really overwhelming during setup
