Difficulty to use on a basic mobile device

Lack of ability to add text or symbols to photos, hard to navigate the initial approval process for clients, no texting options, cannot delete duplicated parts, cores being a separate part vs included in the same line.

The software won't allow use of the flash on the tablet, the tech has to use the attachment icon to get into the tablet software to access the flash mode - too many clicks to add a photo.

There are multiple options for this software now that include local, or cloud based and there have been more updates.

Other programs did not interface well or had limited success.

Everything's there functionally, but it's clear that this was designed and created at least a decade ago.

There are a lot of features included, but it's clear that it was created several years ago.

Let me say that this is review is based on the "Pro" desktop software.

Things might be different in their cloud version.

Expensive lesson learned, we had to purchase the program initially, pay our staff to migrate our information in to the system, then pay our staff to migrate the information to our new operating system.  

The first year of tech support was included in the purchase price of the software.   After the free tech support term expired we were required to purchase the next year of tech support.   Because we required so much support the bill for the upcoming year was quite high.

it is easy  for data and customer information entering and user-friendly.

The structure to the program makes sense from an automotive shop perspective.

At the end dealing with tech support/programming was a nightmare.

Give this guy a raise! If I have any questions or concerns in the future i have no doubt in my mind [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] will be there to help.
