No way to seach for license plate without knowing full plate (that I know of ). Cannot add parts to an order after it is started (this one is very annoying).

Shop ware is very intuitive and user friendly, It makes communication with customers  seamless and keeps things transparent.

I can not break down labor cost by technician. This is again frustrating because the labor cost is NOT ACCURATE on any one ticket or job on a given ticket.

The ease of use is outstanding and the accuracy of the times is right on in most cases.

Now for the downsides...Im anxiously awaiting some upgrades- another tier for those of us wanting AR & Inventory, regardless of the info page here there is no inventory- nada.
