Not great at integration with other system, can cause a lot of extra work if you’re running a busy salon as lack of integration is causing unnecessary wait of time (dealing with double booking)

Charging new customers fee even for regular customers that booked in the past ! If they haven’t booked within certain period .

Had two very bad experiences with the customers ( being rude and abusive ) asked treatwell to block them response was  ‘nothing we can do about it! ‘

And treatwell needs to stop bombarding customers with booking reminders for example if i tap a client by accident and move thir appointment down by 5 mins they will get a text stating your booking has been changed this is unnecessary
