Vagaro is a great organizational tool in my everyday routine. It was very easy to learn, and coming from someone in my generation...well that is saying a lot. Didn't even learn computers when I was in high school. Great reports to prepare employees for goal setting and easy functionality with my daily needs with the business. I would recommend Vagaro to anyone!

I had an amazing experience. I've been using it now for close to 4 months and it's super easy to use.
I can see my schedule on my phone,laptop, iPad or desktop. Its very user friendly.
I wish it would be compatible with my square. I tried the one they offered, its not terrible, but I love my square for payments.

I love that this software makes my business look very professional.
This software does not offer room for clothing retail containing different sizing of one of the same items.

I think it's user friendly. I would like it to be all in one with payroll, card processing and appointments but for a much cheaper bundling package.
I find the software user friendly. I like more than square for appointments.
I wish there were more free marketing features. I don't like the payment system as much as square but I like the appointment system better. It was down at least 5 times last year and those days ending up costing my business money.

I can keep track for every thing clients, formulas, price points, tips, retention, notes for name of clients dog or children. Or what they take in their coffee.
User friendly both side of coin. Professional and clients. Love the ability to contact clients reminder through email or text
Need soap notes for massage practice. Price change option Pop up for what was done at last visit "price point" and what was purchased in retail.

The ability to check and make changes on the system, my phone or my laptop.
No real way to track back bar use and expenses separate from retail and service.

I am much happier with Square
The app is somewhat easy to navigate, once you familiarize yourself with it. Though it seems dated for 2017.
Customer service is not very helpful for getting started or for navigating the system. They are short and unapologetic on the phone. If you don't stay with the service for a year, you are charged for the simple iPhone card reader that most other companies provide for free. The system is often down and credit cards are not accepted. It's an embarrassment when you have to later call a client to run their card.

We've been using Vagaro since opening in Feb 2015 and we've seen many changes and updates and 99% of them have been fabulous. The development team is pretty receptive to new ideas and I see requests that we've made become a "new feature" many times so I know they are listening to the needs of their customer. Customer Service Chat knows me well... even though I wonder if they do a quick game of...
Easy to use for both Staff and Online Booking for Clients. Staff loves the App to keep an eye on booking. Marketing tools are a good business driver. Business reports are getting better with every update. Online tutorials are great for new staff learning system. Online chat option is AWESOME! Customer Service is A+
-Cancelation/ Waiting List needs to be better- it's currently not useable for the large number of requests we have for a cancelation list. -We've had some retail snafu's but those are getting better as well. -Marketing promos could use a "retail" option. -Checkout could have some updated options like a "hold in cart" so if you have to interrupt a sale you don't lose everything you put in checkout screen.

I've used this program for some time now and I've been able to keep track of my everyday clients. I've been very satisfied with the options and it only gets better for me.
Its user friendly and keeps everything organized without any hassle.
The swipe percentage it a bit more than what square offers.

My overall experience with Vagaro is excellent. I actively recommend the platform to my colleagues and clients if they haven't heard of it before.
I loved the native advertising and marketing features that are included in this platform. It's so hard to find and implement these features on any other platform in the market. They work directly with facebook, google and yelp which makes it so easy to monitor, track and run campaigns.
There are no complaints for this platform. It's so easy to use, turnkey and scalable for any location based business that runs a team or staff, sells retail products and customer/client bookings as well.

There is always someone to help you. Great tutorials. There customer support is awesome. You can advertise daily deals.

I give 5 stars for overall experience. some confuse for beginning user but it is the normal process to everyone for a new software. this app have strong customer support plus videos on youtube and almost function page.
easy access from Ipad, cell phone, computer, honesty charge, strong customer support. easy operation.
1 if this app could give a page like sales of point function for retail like "squarer" since you already have the retail charge function. 2 in soap if you could allow custom install custom form like "form" function has. And allow touch screen for highlight pain area by patient during consultation. 3 "marketing " function allow business upload company service short video or welcome video when sales person give orientation to new customer.

I used to use square and vagaro just gives me so many options.
i persnally feel like i would like it more if i was able to access eveything directly from settings.

it lets patrons know ur location and that I'm a square user
fast quick and easy and makes my business run more smoothly and keeps track of daily sales and all activities its like my second pair of eyes and at the end of the year all I do it hit the print button to file taxes
slow updates and the delays around Holidays and have problems with the reader during thunder storms and when in internet is running slow

Easy to use and able to create your own services.
I do suggest that you merge with square in order to allow transactions.

This doesn't currently integrate with square so I have to do and equivalent when I put it through the system then run it separately through square so I hope they can fix that soon

I've been with Vagaro for about 6 years now and love the ease and convenience of this program. My clients love it as well! Any time I've needed to contact customer service, they've been very helpful, friendly and quick with a fix.
Everything in one place, ease of use, & portable. I can run my appointment book from anywhere and clients can book anytime, anyplace.
I would like to see interface with Square as a credit card processing service ;)
