Editing transactions in the past is extremely limited, which protects naive owners from breaking accounting rules, but prevents sophisticated owners from fixing mistakes in the past and instead having to create new transactions to reverse out the prior mistakes.

Appointments are a breeze to schedule and follow through with past visits, and the client data base is very useful and holds a lot of information to refer back to when needed.

Also, in security settings (which is a great feature), it is difficult to navigate, and sometimes doesn't work properly (ie, I hide a feature, but employees in that group do not have it hidden, as in hiding actual punch in / punch outs).

Some applications are too complicated, some parts can be confusing to use, there are so many bells & whistles that sometimes the things that are basic operations get hard to find.

Just had one with Meevo pay deposits getting mixed up but it was fixed promptly.

We look forward to continuing this collaboration and watching Meevo’s capabilities expand to meet the evolving needs of the Paul Mitchell network.

Meevo has improved workflow, enhanced the guest experience, and continues to work with us to develop enhancements and interfaces.  

We also find the double opt-in requirement for clients to receive transactional text messages to be far more strict than any other similar software we've seen.

The reports that you can run to keep track of what is going on in your business are wonderful and the experience on the client side is easy to use.

There are similar programs at a much lower cost.

Doing payroll with Quickbooks has been a breeze with the reports from Meevo.

The collaboration with Meevo’s client services team as a whole has been nothing short of exceptional.

Customer support can be hard to get ahold of.

Also, limiting reports to a one year period of time, is a hinderance when trying to gather some valuable information.  

Easy to train staff and management client appointments along with bookings.

Lastly, Meevo makes it easy to multi-task with tabs for multiple parts of the system open at the same time and easy to move between.

It would be nice to be able to mark an appt a NO SHOW but then have the choice to delete it, so we can run a report and look how many no shows we've had, but not keep the "unchecked out" appt in the books so we can open it up and book in other guests if we had the opportunity.

It’s impossible to speak to someone in higher management, they literally gatekeep you from speaking to anyone.

Its working for us, we are still trying to implement all of the functions of the software, I do feel like more 1 on 1 training could be done with a live person after the training modules.

Payroll, commission, formulas, notes, credit card processing are al so important in this industry.

Meevo does not allow me to run payroll numbers for dates that are not exactly the same as the pay period.  

Also, we've had  HUGE problem with inventory because we've marked thousands of dollars of inventory discontinued or deleted it without "zeroing" it out first in inventory count.
