There seems to be some issues with integration between the desktop version and the mobile version. When at the spa on the desktop which is hard wired to internal servers within the location, on sporadically for random clients I'm not able to load the profile information, yet for the same client/appointent I am able to open it from a mobile device that is on the same server wifi.

The screen windows sometimes come up out of view, for example when opening my client schedule for the day only 1/4 of the schedule "window" is viewable to the far right of my screen and the rest is cut off with no ability to scroll or swipe over.

The charting interface of Zenoti is much more difficult than AR -- I used to be able to label where all my tox went on a face and in Zenoti that's not feasible.
