What is BizConnect?
A cloud-based business card digitizing and storage tool, BizConnect is geared toward business organizations with sizeable contact networks. The Android and iOS mobile applications use OCR and AI to capture and digitize data from business cards, including QR codes.
It can scan batches of up to 10 cards simultaneously, grouping business cards based on user parameters. It can import contacts from Google or Outlook with a quick sync feature, and users can make annotations at any time.
The database can be shared with co-workers and partners by exporting to Excel, Outlook, and Google. It reduces the risk of double entries and duplication. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, and Pipedrive can link seamlessly with the tool, too. Managers can use it to keep tabs on prospective leads across the organization, assign collaborative tasks, and keep daily checklists. They can also generate weekly or monthly performance reports, setting off alarms for poor performance.
