What is Drop?
Drop is a cloud-based software that provides call centers with tools to send ringless voicemails or messages to customers, improving marketing operations. Sales executives can schedule campaigns, upload audio files for voicemails, and send them to potential leads according to requirements.
Drop allows organizations to configure business rules, restrict voicemails to specific states, area codes or carriers, and enable or disable the display of missed calls on recipients’ devices. Managers can send custom SMS to leads after sending ringless voicemails and utilize the message spinning functionality to randomly send different variations of the same message. It also lets supervisors upload records in CSV format using the drag-and-drop interface.
Drop provides an API, which enables businesses to integrate the platform with various customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. The software also helps users generate analytical reports and track the status of dropped voicemails as ‘completed’, ‘queue’, or ‘failed’.
