What is Followize?
Followize is a system for managing and distributing leads, which organizes and centralizes leads, facilitates access to information and the history of interactions with each contact, and also offers integration with WhatsApp, allowing the attendant to start conversations quickly using the application. With a control panel giving a detailed view of operations, Followize intelligently distributes the leads among the sales team, as well as analyzes important metrics, such as the average service time of each lead. The system also coordinates and records incoming phone calls by applying a scoring mechanism that is capable of identifying the most promising leads. Available in Portuguese for the Brazilian market.
