It can be source for lead generation in business. It can become a CRM tool.
Importing is most import feature. It creates a back up for all contacts. Label and filter is important. Integration is smooth and usefull for any business.
Any security issue. what is data is lost. How it will be recovered.?

Google contacts is good to build a CRM or database of all contacts for email and marketing purposes.
Importing data is difficult, exporting is a little better.

Google contacts has made keeping in touch with people very easy
I like the fact that I can assign a unique ringtone to specific contacts. This acts as a filter so I know which messages are urgent and which are not. In addition, the information I can collect per contact is very detailed making Google Contacts act like a mini CRM.
They should add a feature to allow one to export their contacts to the sim card that is in the phone. This will be great for additional backup

I was able to organize all my contacts and accounts. We were utilizing Google Sheets prior and as you can imagine it was not the most efficient or effective.
I used the free version of their CRM and it was fantastic! Most CRMs cost a fortune and this satisfied all my needs and didn't cost a penny. I was surprised with all the features and functionality given it was a free product. Not only did it store all my leads along with titles, companies and my notes, but I was able to create custom breakdowns and create different views to sort those lists. I highly recommend this product for anyone with a smaller team but still need to keep track of conversations and pipeline.
I could imagine in a larger more complex organization you would have needs this version could be too basic for (plus you would likely need additional seats) but for what I've been using it for, it has been perfect! There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning while I was setting the system up that required me to go back a fix things multiple times, but that was all user error. I am sure there are great tutorials on their website that could have saved me some time had I utilized them.

This software allows me to keep track of my contacts and lets me know who is reading/opening the emails. The ability to track emails has been very beneficial.
I like being able to link contacts with my Google mail account. It makes it easy to keep track of correspondence. Also, the use of templates really comes in handy.
There are no cons that I can think of. I can use the software at the office and at home.

Managing contacts and business development.
It's free (for the amount I use it), really easy to use and helps me keep track of who I need to be calling or emailing and when. Before I was getting caught up delivering projects and forgetting to nurture leads, which meant I was getting real peaks and troughs of work. When doing a lot of networking and sales calls I found it hard to remember exactly what had been said in the last conversation with a contact and was always having to flip through my notebook. Now I can easily remind myself and the structure of it encourages me to think about the next steps.
I can't really think of much I would change. I wish my website was based on Wordpress so I could make more use of the functionality it offers from a marketing point of view. I'd like to be able to run reports to pull out any contacts I haven't been in touch with for say 6 months - although perhaps it does this and I just haven't discovered that functionality yet.

- ease to add new contacts - creating company information is a breeze - adding tasks and following up tasks is super easy - template creation and the suggestions to improve emails along with personalization features. super easy - creating sequences and automating tasks, a big time saver - easy to keep an overview of the pipeline - with multiple dashboards availability, it is very easy to identify gaps and work towards improvement in processes
- enrolling contacts for sequences, if we could see a contact in the list and click a button to send to a sequence for that specific contact as right now you have to remember contacts names which are a hassle - in the contacts list, if I choose multiple contacts on page 1 and then when I move to page 2 the chosen contacts on page 1 disappear.

It’s a great program for sales development. This CRM is my current space for my leads and contacts for work. I love the integration with my google account. It really is easy to use.
I wish I had more control and automation over lists. I feel like ranking my calls and organizing them could be more streamlined.

Manage contacts, deals and partners in my company.
I like the fact that the CRM is free and offers key features for managing clients, partners and deals.
It can be a bit overwhelming to start with at first glance, the onboarding could be improved a notch.

CRM for investor and other real estate contacts.
We love it! We use it everyday. Many free versions are so limited that they are not that helpful, but not Hubspot.
It seems that, at least in this version, we can't search universally. For example, today I wanted to search my 900 or so contacts for a specific one that I had certain notes about. I could not find that contact through search.

Integration with my email account; worry-free follow-up; ability to customize sequences.
Having to physically count how many contacts I put into a sequence because my team shared a sequence. Would like to only see my contacts. Also contacts can be created without phone numbers or company names. These fields should be mandatory.

nice contacts & deals overview integrated with our marketing efforts
Really nice user experience working in the product, the interface is clean and lightweight. It can be nicely customized to add additional fields and design the sales stages. Search is fast and works well. 2-way integration with GSuite is really nice too. We run marketing on HubSpot so the integration with mailing, seeing who visited your web or filled a form is really nicely integrated.
Basically no social capabilities. For example, if I have someone's email I would expect it would connect the LinkedIn profile, download the picture, connect Twitter feed etc. So now I'm doing all this manually - created a field for LinkedIn profile URL. The sales part is really basic but that is OK for your first CRM. Hope HubSpot will keep on investing in the product

Simple, practical and educational for me and my contacts!
The automation of the Work Flow and the options to create automatic tasks are magical aspects of your software
Data, there is data that I need to make decisions and the reporting doesn't have it. A good example would be a date filter for the unsubscribed emails, this would help me to create a trend of when are my contacts unsubscribing and if it has a relationship with my marketing campaigns. Also, I would like to see more graphics like contacts per state, this is helpful to know what are the best hours to call accordng the time zone of my contacts.

Usability, very easy to set up and start using it right away. You can learn all the features and how to use it within 30 minutes. Integrations with Gmail are the best part, completely seamless set up and ready to go right away.
Can be hard to get an overview of all your contacts, some contacts can get lost in HubSpot if you aren't properly labeling them.

Organizing all contacts and people in the sales pipeline.
Hubspot CRM is very flexible so it can be set up to suit the needs of individual users. Custom fields make this possible, even if it takes a bit to understand how the whole thing works. I appreciate the integration with Outlook (and Gmail, but I don't use it for that), so emails sent in Outlook appear in the CRM.
I found it a bit difficult to learn how to use the software at first and setting up customizations are a little cumbersome at times.

It's worked for our business, I have seen others that work much better and are more affordable.
It allows you to look up contacts add and organize contacts. The mobile app that scans business cards is nice.
It's very annoying to have filters in the contact view and then have to go into the lists view refilter and create lists again so they can be used in emails. It doesn't make sense. There are also no webpage tracking filters or simple filters to figure out "hot prospects".

Easy to organize all contacts and track follow up, easy to use with other employees to organize follow up and contacts without having to talk directly to the other person.
Easy to use and lots of features, such as creating different lists to organize where you get leads from and if you want to retarget them later or upload to FB ads to create look-alike audience.
A little challenging to use at first so I needed to do some extra googling to find where I enter info and how to utilize different features. I also always feel like I’m finding a new way to do things that make it easier but it is not very intuitive to start out.

Best CRM ever scene for inbound marketing and Sales.
The certificate course is provided along with the Tutorial ,So it makes much more easier to understand and also provided with the certificate which helps us in carrier growth. Helps in running campaign and promotional activities in our services to track the customers for further activities.
Replication of contacts which will lead us to do manual work to merge two contacts . Hubspot server issue at time will make our task to do twice.
