And when I point out that the coverage is 10% so their accuracy doesn't mean much, we just get blank stares and a silent meeting.

This company Steal data like personal phone numbers and then strangers call you at all hours. When you put in a GDPR right to be forgotten request - which I have several times, they just re-steal your data and sell it again.

We have been with Lusha for 7 months now, and the overall conclusion is that the emails and phone/mobile numbers they provide are grossly false to what was initially presented and promised.

Overall, Lusha started out as a test but has become a daily staple for myself and our team in terms of outreach, and contact management.

Then, we had to downgrade our subscription based on cost cutting. Since I already paid for the credits, I feel like I should have been able to use them whenever I wanted even after downgrading (and then just not get more new ones).
