For over 50 days I had no access to the service I paid for, was repeatedly handed between teams, and promises of rebates/credits went unfulfilled.

So this company tries to sell you a $3500 subscription for them to navigate you through the whole thing and they also sell a monthly subscription for $46 and some change. When I asked the person, [sensitive content hidden] that was in charge of my account to assist me in getting informed with the platform, he said that that is not in his job description, but prior to that he said if I needed any help navigating the system to contact him.
