Odoo support didnt show the minimum responsibility regarding this big error and considered it as an inconvenience situation and the only thing they offered is to create a new account and told me to redo the wholework myself again. As soon as I started giving him negative feedback on my initial experience (documentation was COMPLETELY out of date - Support had to send me a totally different workflow to get basic task of connecting bank accounts set up) and the fact that I was concerned what else might be out of date...he flippantly said that their docs are often outdated and that's just how it is....then HUNG UP on me mid-sentence (if line disconnected, I'd assume he'd call me back - but never did).

So this company tries to sell you a $3500 subscription for them to navigate you through the whole thing and they also sell a monthly subscription for $46 and some change. When I asked the person, [sensitive content hidden] that was in charge of my account to assist me in getting informed with the platform, he said that that is not in his job description, but prior to that he said if I needed any help navigating the system to contact him.
