It is easy to use, flexible in a sense that you can run it for the whole population or just for specific individuals, can handle complex calculations and can integrate from other 3rd party systems to pull data for calculations.

It would be helpful if you could just delete an incorrect adjustment.

It's very glitchy at times and the reporting is not great

Customizing reports are best left to the experts, even though the functionality is available for admins/users.  

Also, the team is very responsive to any issues that come up, and also in helping direct admins/users to understand the software.
